Drive-Thru Mail Pick-Up LV*
You will use our Drive-Thru Mail Pick-Up* service when picking up mail in Las Vegas, Nevada. Call ahead to be sure your mail is ready and waiting for you. *Only available at the Las Vegas location.
Courier Package
During office hours we will sign for your USPS, UPS, FedEx; and Amazon packages. Weight and size restrictions apply. M-F Regular Office Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. For holiday hours, check out our Office Schedule.
Mail Pickup
You call in to check your mail receivals then drop by to pick it up.

Mail Forwarding*
You provide a mail forwarding address and choose a schedule for sending mail. We will forward mail using the instructions you provide us. Our staff will collect, store, and then forward mail as prearranged. *Charges may apply.
CMRA
BSSI is a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) for the United States Postal Service (USPS), we receive mail on your company’s behalf. A USPS Form 1583 will be required for you to sign.
Standard Mail Scan
BSSI emails a document to you showing each envelope front for identification purposes. This service is a visual representation of your mailbox. Allowing you to prioritize the contents and minimize trips to the office.
Premium Mail Scan
BSSI sends you an email with a document showing each envelope you've received. The front and the first page of the contents within the envelopes will be visual. Additional pages scanned must be requested. There is a 10-cent charge for an additional page.
Assigned Phone Number
All BSSI phone Answering packages provide a local phone number. The local number provides an ideal image when customers are looking to work with a local business.
Auto-Attendant
With all live answering packages you receive the auto-attendant which provides 6 dialing options to a caller.
Custom Greeting
As part of all phone answering packages, we provide a human-recorded greeting customized for your business.
Voicemail to Email
When a caller leaves a voicemail message, the message is emailed to you.
Call Time Scheduler
If you desire your calls will be set up to route to one place during business hours and then to another place after hours.
Standard Live Answering*
Your calls are answered in your company name with customized messages. After a message is taken it will be sent to you via email or text.
Text to Cell Phone
BSSI will text messages to your cell if you want with the Standard and Premium Live answering packages. You choose to call them immediately or respond later. The text messages are sent to the mobile phone number you provide.
Premium Live Answering*
Your calls are screened and then numerous options exist. We will forward it to you or someone else; or take a message; or direct the call to voicemail.
Find Me Follow Me
Premium Live Answering includes the Find Me Follow Me services. Which means your calls are screened and announced to you. Then you take the call, you transfer the call to someone else, and have us take a message; or send it to voicemail.
Music On Hold
All three phone packages come with music on hold. It is a necessity to have respectable music playing to present a professional image.

You receive your own assigned fax number and get faxes to your email. This service is excepted by all major businesses and government agencies.
411 Local Phone Directory Assistance Listing Service
Your customers and prospects will be able to find you in the local 411 Phone Directory! The monthly listing charge is $10. Notably, a one-time $25 setup fee applies. $35 due at sign-up.
Additional 100 Call Block Premium Answering
You will add a block of 100 Live Premium Answering calls at a discounted rate. As your business grows so can your phone package.3
